Carving niche was founded in 2012. The office builds public and residential architecture, a design that consciously influences our daily life, construction of private, public and estate homes, interiors, facility managements, renders estate management services. The social significance shows at all levels of CARVING NICHE work, ranging from large urban strategies to outdoor breakfast designs. Carving niche sees the building industry and architecture as craftsmanship and combines research and design with a “hands-on approach and unique use of materials.
Carving niche currently works on a variety of projects that range from estate designs and construction, product and event design to architecture, planning and long-term urban transformation trajectories. The office is run by two partners together with a varying team of employees ranging from architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, land surveyors, quantity surveyors and investment managers. Carving niche currently leads big urban projects; such as the design of contemporary Dr retreats homes at the fast-developing Karmo district, 600homes in the urban part of Abuja at the idu district, the saduana projects of 40housing units in the fast-developing district, and the recently modern terrace apartments at satellite towns In the state-capital Abuja.
Carving niche limited which is a modern name which was gotten from the famous word (carving a niche) is a fast-rising company with a mission of carving a niche in modern-contemporary design, designing homes for ideal people, creating a cutting-edge in interiors and urban environment, construction of homes in the most ideal manner taking consideration in design economics and management of already established facilities. A team of young creative minds, intellectual in their various field with a goal of creating niches in the field of architecture, engineering, project management, facility management, and community development of homes.
